2. Select the 'Mail' tab on the 'Inernet Accounts' window. Click the 'Add' button and select 'Mail...'
3. Enter your TwinCitizen email address which is your username followed by @twincitizen.net. Click 'Next'.
4. Verify 'POP3' is selected for the type of incoming mail server. Enter mail.twincitizen.net for botht the Incoming and Outgoing server fields. Click 'Next'.
5. Enter your TwinCitizen username and password here. Check the 'Remember Password' box if you don't want to enter your password everytime you check email. Verify the 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication' box is not checked. Click 'Next'.
6. Click 'Finish'.
7. Click here for instructions on configuring Outlook Express for newsgroups. Otherwise, click 'Close'.
