2. If you want to use the TwinCitizen Portal Page enter http://www.twincitizen.net/portal-index.html into the 'Location:' field. Click the '+' next to 'Mail & Newsgroups' to the left.
3. Click on 'Identity'. Fill in your full name and email address.
4. Click on 'Mail Servers'. Enter mail.twincitizen.net for the Outgoing mail field and your TwinCitizen username for Outgoing user name. Click the 'Add' button.
5. Enter mail.twincitizen.net for 'Server name:', select 'POP3 Server' for 'Server Type:' and enter your TwinCitizen username. Click 'Remember password' if you don't want to enter you password everytime you check email. Click 'OK'.
6. Mail setup is now complete. If you want to setup Netscape for newsgroups click here, otherwise click 'OK'.
