2. Click on the 'Edit' menu and select 'Mail/News Account Settings'.
3. Click the 'New Account' button.
4. Select 'ISP or email provider' and click 'Next'.
5. Enter your full name and TwinCitizen email address which is your username@twincitizen.net. Click 'Next'.
6. Select 'POP Mail Server' from the drop-down menu. Enter mail.twincitizen.net for 'Server Name:'. Click 'Next'.
7. Enter your TwinCitizen username. Click 'Next'.
8. Enter TwinCitizen Online for 'Account Name:'. Click 'Next', then click 'Finish' on the next screen.
9. Select 'Outgoing (SMTP) Server' on the left. Enter mail.twincitizen.net for 'Server Name:'.
Mail setup is complete. Click here for instructions on setting up Netscape for newsgroups, otherwise click 'OK' to return to Netscape.
