That means no busy signals, fast throughput times and expert Technical Support and Customer Service. We will, at all times, remember that our subscribers' support is crucial to our success.
Our Equipment
TwinCitizen's infrastructure is designed to provide premier Internet connectivity.
- We have high speed links to the major Backbone carriers. Our Primary Link comes in to our building via a OC3 fiber connection. This is a very stable connection to the outside world. This provides low latency to the big Tier 1 carriers in addition to fast transfer speeds. Our multiple connections provide defense against loss of connectivity due to wire cuts and other backhoe related incidents.
- We have the best enterprise class Cisco routers and RAS hardware. (7206VXR routers and AS5800 RAS hardware)
- All of our dial-in lines are PRI (digital) circuits over DSXs. We do not use cheap analog hardware like other ISPs. We support the latest protocols like V.92 (MOH, QC and V.44) and have fantastic line ratios for dial-in.
- Our entire network is configured to support low latency traffic via the use of intelligent switches and support of QOS protocols such as 802.1q .
- We have full online backup power to keep us running through the Minnesota storm season.
- We have 24/7 on-site security for a stable secure environment.
