1 Uses the voice phone line most homes already have. 2 All DSL services have 2 charges, one billed from TwinCitizen (ISP charge), and one billed from Qwest (Telephone Line charge). 3 All DSL Speeds are maximum speeds. Actual DSL speed varies depending on service location, phone line qualifications, computer performance/configuration, network/Internet congestion and other factors. ** Qwest may also charge a setup fee to activate their connection.

Standard 56K V.92 Dialup ($12.95 monthly): This basic package has unmetered access. Our customers can experience low dial-in ping times using our digital circuits.
ISDN 64k/128k Single Channel ($21.95 monthly + $25.00 setup fee): Access is unmetered but there are restrictions on line camping.
Standard DSL (256k) ($12.95 monthly): Access speed is set to 256 Kbps. Static IP for your DSL Router. All computers served by this Router are NATed (Name Address Translation protocol). Access is unmetered. Fee does not include monthly fee paid to Qwest. You can find out if you qualify by using Qwests' Service Availability Web page.
Deluxe DSL (640/256) ($15.95 monthly + $25.00 setup fee): Access speed of at least 256 Kbps but in most cases 640 Kbps. Static IP for your DSL Router. All computers served by this Router are NATed (Name Address Translation protocol). Access is unmetered. Fee does not include monthly fee paid to Qwest. You can find out if you qualify by using Qwests' Service Availability Web page.
Choice DSL Deluxe (1.5Mb/1Mb) ($19.95 monthly + $25.00 setup fee): Download speeds up to 1.5 Mbps (dependent on relative location to Qwest's central office) and maximum upload speed of 1 Mbps. Static IP for your DSL Router. All computers served by this Router are NATed (Name Address Translation protocol). Access is unmetered. Fee does not include monthly fee paid to Qwest. Additional Services

Additional E-mail Account ($1.00 monthly each additional account): Add up to 90 additional e-mail accounts. All e-mail accounts can be accessed through our Web Mail system.
Additional Personal Web Space ($1.00/MB monthly): If our standard 5 MB of space is not enough, get more!
1-800 dialup ($0.07 per minute): This additional service allows access for mobile users that need to connect to TwinCitizen outside of the local access area.
Local Dialup Access for DSL users ($5.00 monthly): This additional service allows DSL users to have dial-up access in addition to their DSL connection. Basically, this allows you to be connected into our servers two different ways at the same time.
Static IP /30 ($5.00 monthly): This provides two (2) usable IP addresses. It is only available for dedicated IDSN/V.90 or DSL connections. Not available for dial-up connection.
Additional Static IP addresses: /29 = 6 usuable IP addresses ($15 a month)
/28 = 14 usuable IP addresses ($25 a month)
/27 = 30 usuable IP addresses ($35 a month)
