1. At the Start Menu click 'Start->Settings->Network and Dial-up Connections'.

2. Double-click 'Make New Connection'. This starts the Network Connetion Wizard.

3. Click Next.

4. Select 'Dial-up to the Internet' and click 'Next'. This opens the Internet Connection Wizard.

5. Select 'I want to set up my Internet connection manually...' and click 'Next'.

6. Select 'I connect through a phone line and a modem' and click 'Next'.

7. Uncheck the 'Use area code and dialing rules' box. For 'Telephone number:' enter 612-746-0299. Click 'Next'.

8. Enter your user name and password (password text is not shown). Remember that your user name includes the '@twincitizen.net'. Click 'Next'.

9. Enter TwinCitizen Online for the Connection Name, click 'Next'.

10. Click here to continue and setup Outlook Express for receiving email now. To continue without setting up Outlook Express for email select 'No' and click 'Next'.

11. Uncheck 'To connect to the Internet immediately...' and click 'Finish'.
